Nevertheless, these teams often face numerous challenges: outdated management approaches, little understanding of how to modify previous practices in the era of change, lack of time and skills to attract parents and students to partnership, and, most importantly, understanding of how to develop schools, shape a common, vision and unite people.

FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS AND THEIR TEAMS
Having worked with schools for four years now, we know well that headmasters and teachers want the best for their students. Nevertheless, many of them feel embarrassed facing everyday challenges: lack of time for implementing change; high pressure from everywhere, and, at the same time, little understanding of what to focus on; lack of communication between students, teachers, parents, the headmaster, and the local community; insufficient professional support and limited environment for professional development.

HUB SCHOOLS
In 2016-2017, "PRO.SVIT" conducted "Pilot24", a study program aimed at uniting administrations and teachers of hub schools to develop new interaction forms between teachers and students, the headmaster and teachers, and the school and the local community.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION
Project management is a short-term program for teachers and headmasters. You will learn how to frame project goals and objectives, build a team, determine and engage stakeholders, anticipate outcomes, and evaluate risks and achievements.
