Oleksiy is a graduate of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (major in economics) and the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), where he got his master's degree in econometrics and finance. Oleksiy also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD. Oleksiy Rachok has working experience as a financial analyst at such companies as Swiss Re Group and Razumkov Centre. Currently works as a project manager at McKinsey & Company Zurich Office.
Senior software developer at Netflix. Arsen graduated from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a master's degree in computer sciences, the Technical University of Madrid, and the Technical University of Dresden. Has working experience at such companies as Priocom, EPAM Systems, Grammarly and Sony, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Oleksandr is a graduate of the European Humanities University (Belarus/Lithuania, major in international economic theory), the Belarus state University (major – world economics and international economic relations), and Hamburg University (European studies). Has working experience at Priorbank (Raiffeisen Group) as a financial analyst and at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a management consultant. Oleksandr currently works as a senior project manager at Maersk Line company.
Graduate of the Taras Shevchenko National University (major in mathematics) and San Francisco State University, where she got a master's degree in education. Has vast working experience at such companies and organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Oracle, Epiphany, and Cisco WebEx University. Yana is an instructional designer of distance-learning and mixed programs. She is also a Board member of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco and cooperates with Nova Ukraine organization, USA.
Facilitator, couch, director and student of the international leadership at the Deep Democracy Institute (4th year). Yuliya is a communications specialist with 11 years of working experience, worked at corporations and startups, and is interested in, organizes, and supports meaningful innovation projects in Ukraine: TEDxKyiv, Hub Kyiv, Organic architecture movement, Tonino Guerra Festival, etc.

Before joining UGS, she spent 10 years in the US education field, specializing in development, implementation, and evaluation of new programs and initiatives. She managed product development in several educational technologies' startups, worked in one of the most successful school organizations, and helped implementing a new teachers' evaluation program at the New York State Education Department. Katerina has a master's degree in education at Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in international relations and business at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a professional writer and editor.
